Job Description & Requirements

• Support the day-to-day warehouse operations
• Perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received
• Ensure that the ERP system is updated accurately and promptly
• Ensure accuracy on stock movement and inventory
• Perform packing of goods based on Delivery Order
• Adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice
• Maintain and ensure proper recording of all documentation in the ERP system
• Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems
• Managing warehouse activities ensuring resources are utilized effectively and efficiently and that work schedules are met
• Responsible and possess a good working attitude
• Some proficiency in operating semi-auto machinery.
• Understanding machine-specific controls, settings, and software if required.
• Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance processes, including conducting inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance, identify malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Summary:

• Basic $3500 - $5000

Responsibilities:

• Perform procurement and overseeing logistics, and production planning
• Follow MRP to release POs (Purchase Orders) or RFQs (Request for Quotations) to suppliers.
• Coordinating with overseas & local suppliers regarding purchase-related issues and tracking shipment status to ensure punctual deliveries
• Evaluate supplier and perform negotiation
• Closely manage, maintain, and monitor EC (Engineering Change).
• Monitor stock inventory level.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Supply Chain or related
• Experienced in relevant duties in manufacturing industry will have added advantages
