• Warehouse Operations cum Delivery Driver

Job Description:

• Ensure that all warehouse logistical operations and processes run smoothly. This includes inventory level monitoring, proper organization of the warehouse, ensuring standard operation procedures (SOPs) are followed, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, etc.
• Receive and check all incoming goods shipments & prepare outgoing goods shipment for overseas.
• Re-packaging of goods for customers, whenever necessary.
• Ensure that all orders are properly packed and are matched with the correct invoice documents before being sent out for local delivery.
• Ensure safe transportation and timely delivery of goods (including loading and unloading) to customers in Singapore.
• Resolve any delivery discrepancies or customers' complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner on the spot.
• Prepare work reports and other documents related to deliveries.
• Maintain company vehicles in clean and good working condition.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned, including general warehouse duties (eg: maintaining proper organisation, cleanliness, safety standards of warehouse, etc.).

Key Requirements:

• Must have a valid Class 3 driving license, with good driving record and very few traffic violations.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations and/or delivery driver experience.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy goods.
• Strong time management skills and self-discipline, with ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good customer service attitude, patient and flexible.
• Able to work independently and also as a team.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Candidate must be already living/working in Singapore now.

Job Description:
• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand supplier base and for new project/production needs.
• Obtain quotes from new sources to provide costing information and cost reduction
• Lead in conducting periodic price negotiation with suppliers to ensure competency in cost for materials/services.
• Be part of team to conduct supplier qualification audit as well as parts qualification to ensure suppliers can meet company needs.
• Qualify suppliers once suppliers are selected in order to add suppliers into the Approved Vendor List.
• Conduct supplier performance review on a regular basis to manage supplier qualification and updates on supplier capabilities.
• Maintain standard operating procedures applicable to the Procurement department to ensure work flow process are consistence.
• Develop and negotiate favorable supply agreement with suppliers.
• Work with other department and suppliers to develop appropriate supply chain model to ensure assurance of supplies with minimal inventory holdings
• Work with other department like Engineering/Warehouse to ascertain quality standards of items supplied and established Quality plan
• Provide periodic quotation template to Sales department for standard products.

Main purpose of the job  

The Global Procurement Lead for Procurement Operations will be responsible for implementing the purpose, vision, and strategies of Procurement, as well as establishing governance structures. They will provide leadership to the Global Procurement team, ensuring the successful execution of operational goals and key performance indicators. Promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing among regions, fostering a team spirit, and implementing the Global Procurement People strategy will be essential. The Lead will monitor adherence to governance, policies, and processes, safeguarding company assets and reputation. In-charge of deliveries to customers

Ensure that deliveries are carried out responsibly and on time

Ensure goods deliver tally with the invoice and delivery order.

Assist in the operations of all warehousing including stock control and stock inventories movement and yearly stock take accountability.

Clean up the warehouse and adhere to safety rules and procedures.

Report damaged and missing inventory to superior
