Our client, belonging to the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, has over 60 restaurants spread across a dozen countries around the world, and is presently looking for an Assistant Manager, Procurement. As part of a 5-man team, the Assistant Manager, Procurement will be responsible for developing procurement strategies and conducting market research to identify new suppliers, pricing and evaluation of product quality. Reporting to the COO, the incumbent will support in costing activities, identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements as well as to identify new business opportunities.
The incumbent is expected to support with leasing related duties such as negotiation term of lease and sales, as well as following up on tenders and tenancy agreement with landlord.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Procurement/ Purchasing
• Working experience in F&B/FMCG/Retail/Hospitality is a must
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (including MS Excel)
• Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin as this is role is required to communicate with Chinese speaking associates
• Proficiency in Cantonese is an additional advantage
