Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct sourcing activities for electronic components within the APAC region.
2. Work on any incoming service request enquiries from Sales Team and update pricing into our in-house ERP system.
3. Liaise with our Warehouse Team (SG & HK) to ensure goods received are in correct quantity and in good quality.
4. Reach out to new potential suppliers/vendors through cold-calling.
5. Conduct assessment/qualification of suppliers/vendors.
6. Build and maintain long term relationship with new and existing suppliers/vendors
7. Monitors pertinent markets and defines how changes will impact supply and pricing conditions.
8. Responsible to retrieve sercive request enquiries from Sales Team and update pricing into the CRM.

• Ability to converse fluently in both English & Mandarin so as to communicate with our suppliers/vendors in China and Taiwan region.

• Responsible for the strategic sourcing, inventory management goals of the company and implement action items to ensure that goals are achieved

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, preferable Manufacturing/Mechanical/Mechatronics, and at least five (5) years purchasing/strategic sourcing experience.
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in manufacturing environment
• Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing
• A self-starter, motivated and able to positively motivate others can-do attitude
• Ability to manage projects and establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria)
• Strong preference for some international sourcing experience
• Excellent leadership, team player, people management skills
