Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in relevant fields. At least 2 years of experience in Procurement and/or prior experience working on events-related categories is considered a plus.
• Experience in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) sustainability, particularly in Scope 3 engagement and influence, considered a plus.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and meet tight timelines and KPIs
• Able to embrace diversity of stakeholders and the impact it brings on business requirements
• Able to independently facilitate discussions involving multiple stakeholders like business units and/or vendors and suppliers
• Possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, business acumen and contract drafting skills
• Possesses a proactive and strategic mindset with hands-on attitude and uncompromised integrity and business ethics

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing forward planning on materials stock plan
• Responsible for liaising with all extenal vendors on subcontracting job particularly on their PO, DO, shipment arrangment, delivery schedule and quality delivery service to production.
• Responsible for procuring production material based on master planning requirement for manufacturing and also support Production to procure consumable items.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
• Min 2 years of working experience in Production planning, FIFO for material supply and good supplier communication and basic procurement SOP.
• Knowledge and experience using MRP or ERP system for planning and inventory control.

• Oversee the complete procurement process, including the evaluation and comparison of medical instruments, devices, and consumables.
• Supervise daily operational procurement activities for all surgery centers and the corporate office.
• Participate in negotiations for quotations and purchasing contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Maintain records of user requisitions for submission and processing of purchase requisitions after obtaining CEO approval.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with suppliers.
• Identify and implement actions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Independently handle assigned procurement activities.
• Manage stock inventory and oversee transfers as necessary.
• Ensure business compliance with regulations from authorities such as MOH and other governing bodies.
• Verify purchased items and update the inventory system accordingly.
• Generate purchase requisitions/orders from the system.
• Verify invoice amounts against quotations before processing payments to suppliers.
• Maintain open communication with internal team members regarding their requests.
• Lead and manage the annual stock inventory audit in collaboration with the nursing team.
