Job Role Description

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies
• Min. 2 year(s) of procurement experience preferred
• Proactive, positive and responsible individual
• Able to work under tight deadlines with strong sense of urgency

Working hours:

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs to develop IT consulting strategy in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies
• Lead preparation and execution of IT consulting plans, measures and budgets
• Deliver major consultancy projects/assignments with high business impact
• Lead and solicit customer’s strategic business objectives and technological perspectives, define scope, business processes, projects & schedules
• Prepare and justify project/assignment in terms of context, benefits, options, costs, ROI, risks, dependencies & commitments, before any project is initiated and work with senior stakeholders to define scope for major projects
• Lead delivery of consulting projects/ work packages to ensure they meet business requirements, set quality standards, timelines and budgets
• Direct planning, organize and control project resources and activities, including aspects of utilization, quality, compliance and capability development
• Organize and coordinate technical resources and other resources outside the immediate project team, in order to deliver critical customer projects on time
• Anticipate, identify and resolve design conflicts across dependent projects
• Collaborate with multiple parties including other areas of IT services, business project management functions, project teams, head of subdomains, local and global account management, and external customers to develop new services, influence decision makers on new services and ensure delivery as per customers’ expectations
• Lead provision of specialist knowledge over a range of topics including the role of IT in the business and provide advice and guidance in own areas of expertise influencing the effectiveness of the organization's business
• Analyze complex issues, benchmark, identify opportunities and introduce best practices for IT consulting focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
• Lead the design/solution and complex projects with high visibility across APAC
• Anticipate, identify and resolve design conflicts across dependent projects
• Analyze complex multi country opportunity designs and introduce best practices and reusable solutions focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in warehouse IT solutions’ deployments
• In-depth knowledge of Manhattan Warehouse Management System
• Understanding of operations, warehouse design and customer’s solutions across different industries
• Experience with MHE integration and data analytics
• Ability to balance the needs of individual countries with the goals of regional standardization and alignment with the company's roadmap

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
