JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick and pack outgoing orders
• Receive and unpack incoming goods
• Racking of incoming goods (No Forklift required)
• Stock Take
• Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior based on warehouse needs

Requirements:

• Good command of the English language.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Physical work involved. Must be able to carry 5-15kg load.

Candidates with less experience will be considered junior warehouse assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Provide procurement support to cross functional teams in APAC, including contract guidance, sourcing, and third-party assessments
• Create and manage purchase orders our in-house Purchasing tool and track them to completion
• Manage manual onboarding of new suppliers/vendors
• Vendor query management - main POC for vendors and liaising with procure to pay (P2P) teams for invoice/payments issues
• Stakeholder management - main POC and escalation point for APAC queries with central internal teams
• Ensure compliance with purchasing and finance best practices
• Work with managers to ensure completion of Statement of Work documents where required by contract team
• Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve defective invoices
• Partner with Finance on the team’s projected spends, ensuring accuracy in monthly accruals and budget reallocations on a quarterly basis
• Analyze reports and provide budget updates to the directors on a monthly basis and ensure that teams are on track to spend
• Work with teams to provide budget forecast on a quarterly basis

Requirements:

• Experience of purchasing and budget management
• Advanced Excel, Outlook user
• Ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively and succinctly with people at all levels
• Project management experience - especially handling a large volume of projects in various states of completion
• Must have a high level of professionalism and integrity with the ability to work with confidential information

Duties and Responsibilities

· Perform the daily procurement request from internal business units.

· Support the procurement request (outside services and purchases) from the internal planning and operations business group.

• Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding goods and service procurement and update internal teams about delivery dates changes when vendor PO due dates are rescheduled.

· Provide support to post-sale team in vendor management

· Prepare monthly inventory and saving reports

· Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Basic Requirement

• Bilingual of Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is a must.
• Diploma/Degree graduate in Telecom, business administration, finance, or related field.
• Experience in telecom, data center, or cloud industry, Knowledge on Telecommunication will be advantage.
• Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

This is a 12-month contract role based onsite in Singapore.

The CX Operations Specialist will partner with our Community Experience (CX) team to support budget management, financial tracking, contract navigation and the end-to-end procurement process. They will report to the Global CX Operations Manager and work closely with internal and external partners to complete each process.

Responsibilities:

• On behalf of the CX team, proactively drive the end-to-end procurement process; monthly regional meetings to understand procurement needs e.g. onboarding new suppliers, contract requests, creation of purchase requisitions (PR’s), Third Party Agreements (TPA’s) and assisting with all other buy@ processes.
• Review and triage PRs to ensure the purchase complies with policies, and to ensure speed and efficiency.
• Process PRs efficiently to reduce holds and positively impact payment cycles from initiation to payment completion.
• Communicate and support suppliers with PO queries as they arise.
• On hand to troubleshoot CX procurement issues as they arise.
• Monitor and track regional spend v budget and issue monthly progress reports
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal business partners to share best practices and understand and challenge business decisions
• Develop and maintain accurate and complete documentation for operational processes
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned
• Support events delivery model (25% of time)
• Act as procurement subject matter expert to identify, develop and deploy best practice procurement, category management, and supplier management

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Procurement Process Operations and/or Source to Pay experience
• End-to-end project/event management (corporate/site-level) from planning to execution
• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or other related field
• Experience in planning, sourcing, and supplier management
• Ability to create budget tracking for new teams and workflows
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals across a diverse community.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance processes
• Use of forecasting tools, budget tools and creation of planning documents
