• Involve in sourcing of new vendors, price negotiation, costs reduction and shortening of lead time activities
• Cost analysis for the main source and alternative parts
• Conducted vendor qualifications audits & work with Quality department on vendor selection
• Confirm parts specification during sourcing & new parts selection
• Work with Project Engineer on creation of BOM list
• Request quotation (RFQ) of new parts based on BOM list
• Work with product safety engineer on safety and critical parts qualification

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field but preferably in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years of working experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent
• Strong in Microsoft Application and Data analysis
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work Overtime
• Candidate with no working experience is also welcome to apply
