Responsibilities

• Responsible for independently implementing standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery of orders;
• Responsible for dealing with problems in the delivery process, proactively reporting and timely obtaining solutions in case of problems that cannot be solved independently to ensure the timely flow of orders;
• Responsible for completing all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work on time, familiar with all kinds of operation requirements, and regularly summarize and classify the delivery situation, abnormal orders and other data, and timely feedback;
• Responsible for following up the progress of maintenance orders, sorting out and filing and handing over documents, and organizing inventory counting;
• Responsible for the daily work system optimization requirements, solve abnormal problems, optimize work efficiency;
• Responsible for 6S management on site and assist the person in charge.

Qualifications

• NITEC or above, logistics/supply chain management is preferred
• Familiar with the operation process of warehouse entry and exit and basic computer operation
• Open to candidates with no experience

Education / Experience:

•  Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent
•  1 year of experience in IT Support & Monitoring

Job Description:

•  Maintain accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
•  Perform regular audits of datacentre equipment to ensure inventory controls are met.
•  Movement of equipment using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting equipment.
•  Work within a ticket-based environment.
•  Perform destruction of data bearing devices (ex. hard drives, solid-state drives, etc.).
•  Perform material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management.
•  Perform shift-based tactical management tasks such as prioritising ticketing queues, resolving escalations, and clearing blocking issues to enable continued delivery of Inventory and Asset activities in accordance with Microsoft’s internal policies and service level agreements.
•  Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays

Skill sets:

•  Six (6) months of experience supporting Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
•  Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance.
•  Able to communicate effectively.
•  Good communication skills to in liasing with regional and global teams.
•  Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills.
