About the role:

• To ensure effective communications with suppliers and freight handling partners in order for shipping documents and instructions to be issued in a timely and accurate manner to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Establish communication with suppliers to enable timely, accurate delivery schedule of supplier.
• To assist the Procurement Manager in liaising with supplier and forwarders on logistics and shipping matters.
• Preparation of expediting reports detailing supplier's progress and arranging transportation and logistics for clearance of consignments (import and export)
• Procurement of project and non-project items at various vendors to meet the Company's Yard requirements.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback of suppliers, transportation and logistics providers by ensuring resolution of issues and timely deliveries.
• Ensure close monitoring of commited delivery date of suppliers.
• Monitor and ensure that all custom permit declaration complies with the regulatory requirements.
• Inform overseas suppliers to provide import CIPL with seaway Bill or Surrendered B/L to DM person-in-charge to check and verification purpose.
• Review and verify overseas supplier import CIPL with seaway Bill or Surrendered B/L and MES Import.
• To liaise with carrier agent to request Notice of Arrival in advance before vessel arrives in Singapore.
• In charge of preparing logistics tarrif rates.
• Collate and submit monthly MES report to Finance
• Assist in the Annual Vendors Assessmetn exercise
• Preparation of documetns for audit purpose.
• Other procurement functions as assigned by Reporting Officer.

About you:

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing Management/Supply Chain Logistics Management/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marine or Oil & Gas industry or machinery procurement experience
• Able to work independently, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills

• Work location: West (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)

As a Warehouse Logistics Officer, you are responsible for:-

1. Maintain detailed records of inventory and transactions
2. inventory levels and conducted regular stock checks
3. Monthly inventory report
4. Prepare monthly slow moving report of 3months ~.
5. Coordinate and handle inbound & outbound shipments
6. Record keeping of inbound & outbound shipments shipment photos/ video
7. Goods/ Material received from suppliers, check label / qty and input to SAP system

14. Pack, Label and arrange shipment based on individual customer requirements (packaging, labelling, shipping method)

17. Preparation Custom declaration FORM D/AANZ/etc.) upon request.
18. Palletize loose cargo for Sea and/or by Air shipment locally or overseas.

• To build and expand through relationships with existing and new suppliers on various levels in the responsible area
• Work in close cooperation with various parties (suppliers, other offices, forwarders and agents) in rate offers and negotiation
• Filing and maintenance of suppliers' information, rates, and surcharges within our Internal Vendor System
• Monitor and manage expirations of various rates in the Vendor System
• To effectuate and control all rate negotiations with the suppliers in their area
• Look for opportunities to make optimal use of the supplier's portfolio
• To manage, support, and facilitate the regional procurement team in their day-to-day activities
• To assist the Superior in other procurement duties as needed

About you:

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• A proven track record in procurement in the Logistics business, with a minimum 5 years experience in similar function
• Excellent market knowledge in sea freights and transportation (ISO Tank)
• Proficient in using computing software (eg. in-house programs)
• Results oriented with great negotiation and analytical skills for supplier selection and evaluation
• Possess proven leadership skills with ability to manage processes as well as build relationships
• Additional experience in Continuous Improvement or Process Development environment considered as an advantage
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Pragmatic and strong drive to get things done
• Strong team player with hands on approach to work

Job Responsibilities:

· Support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications;

· Consistent maintenance of inventory

· Liaising with external vendors and suppliers on medication and supplies;

· Execute internal/ external communications.

· Execute processes to improve operational efficiency and workflow.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least at diploma in any discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of medications is a plus

• Preferably experienced in Healthcare / Medical care industry
