Operation Coordinator Admin (Warehouse Environment)

Job info:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm or 10.30am to 8.30pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8.30 to 12.30pm
• Location: Pioneer
• $2,200 - $2,400 + AWS + VB

Job description:

• Keying in warehouse data into warehouse / Inventory system and keep the system up to date
• Manage proper filing of documents and records
• Reply and follow up on enquiries by customers as well as coordinating on the inbound and outbound shipments
• To perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count
• Perform daily pick and pack and transportation arrangement

Requirement:

• Comfortable with shift work
• required to be activated to work 24/7
• Exp in WMS is a plus

Our Client is a leader in the Fashion Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Store Operations Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibility

• Manage district retail stores in Singapore, overseeing their operations and financial performance (P&L).
• Analyze customer mix, product assortment, and stock levels to optimize sales and minimize lost opportunities.
• Drive retail channel growth by identifying new store locations, negotiating leases, and implementing corporate retail policies and strategies.
• Enhance sales productivity, service standards, and overall customer brand experience.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective marketing and in-store promotion programs.
• Manage retail projects, including shop design and project completion within budget and timeline.
• Expand the customer database, maintain regular customer contact, and build brand loyalty.
• Provide feedback for product improvements and facilitate after-sales service at the point of sale.
• Coordinate with the Aftersales Service Centre to ensure smooth customer repair processes.

Requirement

• Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Min 5 years of managerial level in retail operations.
• Experience and Knowledge in retail management.
