Key Responsibilities

• To maintain updated stock and cargo inventory in the warehouse.
• Perform daily stock checking when necessary, and ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on the FIFO system.
• To prepare raw materials for production.
• To handle incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Generate Goods Receive Note and ensure all materials in the warehouse are properly labeled with identification.
• Perform daily maintenance to ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Require assisting in delivery where necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

• Position Title: Warehouse Operations Manager / Warehouse Manager
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon-Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $6,500 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery.
• Ensure compliance with legal, customs, and industry standards for warehousing, material handling, shipping, and safety aspects.
• Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and contents.
• Manage material handling and customer service/record keeping.
• Interface with customers and internal departments to plan workflow, react to changes, drive improvement programs, and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciling with data storage system.
• Inspect equipment, plan and implement new layouts and maintenance of warehouse.
• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyse variances, and initiate corrective actions.
• Recruit, train and manage warehouse staff.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful warehouse policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
