Job Description:

Procurement:

• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand the supplier base and meet new project/production needs.
• Obtain quotes from newly sourced suppliers to achieve competitive costing and continuous cost reduction.
• Lead periodic price negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitiveness in material/service costs.
• Conduct supplier qualification audits and parts qualification to ensure suppliers meet company requirements.

• Provide periodic alerts and updates to internal/external customers to promptly address any issues or delays.
• Work with principals/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer/company needs.

Warehousing:

• Manage the warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of raw materials.
• Oversee the warehouse team to fulfill order requirements for all customer shipments.
• Ensure overall inventory integrity of all goods in the warehouse.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of working experience and exposure in both mechanical and electrical customized parts and components sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• In charge of supporting the Purchasing Manager in carrying out the daily procurement procedures.
• Complete Goods Receipt following the purchase order and send it to Finance for supplier payment.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Description:

• Manage the importing and receiving processes.
• Capture images of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize engines and spare parts in designated locations.
• Execute export picking, packing, and verify the accuracy of engine serial numbers and spare parts.
• Conduct quality checks for both incoming and outgoing items.
• Ensure the removal of dust and rust from items.
• Report any non-conformance, including issues with wooden boxes and packaging.
