• Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
• Working Location: Gul Way
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical stock counts.
• Ensure inventory counts are accurate and maintain correct warehouse inventory records.
• Receive all goods delivered to the warehouse and update the Oracle system with their status (e.g., PO & RMA, Receipt).
• Manage inventory and handle administrative tasks like inventory adjustments and scrapping.
• Conduct a full physical inventory stocktake once a year.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse using the 5S methodology.
• Resolve inventory issues and support the team to boost productivity.
• Monitor and ensure warehouse KPIs are met.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth warehouse operations.
• Arrange daily inbound and outbound shipments and manage material handling.
• Handle documentation for deliveries, goods received, and material handling (e.g., Delivery Notes, COA, Invoices, packing lists).
• Maintain and ensure all warehouse equipment is in working condition.
• Ensure safety and maintenance practices meet OSHAS, 5S, and ISO standards.
• Perform special tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
• Plan periodic inventory provisioning based on past usage and future forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Drafting/Engineering or related with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Autocad Revit, Architecture,Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft office
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
• Bilingual in English or Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin
