• Ensure high service quality per agreements and manage supply chain logistics with warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders globally (EMEA, NA, APAC) and oversee Conveyor and AMR automation for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate operational records and handle compliance paperwork.
• Safely manage freight with forecasting methods and oversee TMS operations daily.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for EWM and WM, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and high delivery performance.
• Lead Lean projects for productivity and cost improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and consignment pick-ups.
• Lead and mentor the team, maximizing cost-effectiveness with service providers to meet KPIs and OTIF targets.
• Prepare and analyze various management and financial reports.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in logistics industry
• Min O Level

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick and pack goods for customer deliveries
• Pack and load products onto trucks according to the day’s specifications
• Unload goods based on customers’ instructions (if any)
• Check and review if the goods delivered are in the correct quantity and good condition
• Assist the Driver to contact customers when necessary
• Ensure delivery orders are signed and payments for deliveries to be collected accurately
• Assist in the unloading of goods from containers when necessary
• Ensure all products are stored properly in their respective location
• Housekeeping duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 days work week (No work on Sundays and Public Holidays)
• Excel in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients
• Physically fit (heavy lifting is required at times)
• Bonus if you possess forklift license (Optional)
