Job Description

• Responsible to establish the Inspection and Test Plan and all other quality-related documents for Piping Discipline.
• Responsible to establish project Method statements for various activities required for the project.
• Ensure and maintain material and works quality/standards according to project specifications and approved international standards.
• Resolve all quality-oriented issues with client counterparts.
• Attend weekly quality meetings with clients and in-house meetings.
• Responsible to get the Project Mockup approved by the client.
• Conduct site surveillance and maintain a log and advise construction to close accordingly.
• Perform site inspection on completed items with client counterpart and get the relevant mechanical completion document signed off (ITR)
• Monitor and accept the material receiving inspection and preservation procedure according to the project needs.
• Monitor and inspect all the installations for correctness and compliance according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with client and 3rd party for inspection and get it cleared.
• Maintain all updates and logs related to QA/QC activity and circulate to every concerned department for information.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Piping Engineering
• Min 5 years relevant experience with in Oil and Gas

Job Description

• Co-ordinate with classification society and Brazilian regulatory compliance consultants to achieve the required project deliverables related to classification and regulatory compliance.
• Co-ordinate and manage FPSO and Project regulatory requirement stemming from regulatory bodies (Authorities, Flag State, Class, etc)
• Lead, co-ordinate and manage the execution of the Regulatory Compliance Matrix, and other deliverables for FPSO Project.
• Point of contact with project disciplines, Class and Flag state representatives and surveyors while executing Regulatory Compliance Matrix (Class, Flag and Brazilian Regulations).
• Communicate with project team and instill awareness of regulatory requirement.
• Interface with project team, client, Class and authorities during execution of the Regulatory Compliance Plan and Responsibility Matrix.
• Work with project team to deliver a regulatory-compliant FPSO and ensure Project complies to all applicable regulatory requirement.
• Facilitate the review, identification, and implementation of regulatory requirements along with Classification society and Brazilian Regulatory consultant for inclusion into project design, specification, and project activities.
• Ensure that documents and reports are in compliance with Brazilian requirements.
• Support the compilation and handover of Dossiers to the FPSO owner. (NR10/12/13/37 ANP)
• Interface with authorities, project disciplines/functions and client reps for acquisition of permits, licenses and consents as needed.
• Establish vendor scope of works for authorities-related approvals, activities and inspections.
• Initiate preparation of all Class-required Manuals and Plans as per regulatory compliance matrix.
• Formulate and record Flag state exemption applications and Class Rule deviation applications.
• Champion/expedite closure of Open Class/authorities/Brazilian regulatory comments (Technical and Survey) comments.

Responsibilities:

• Run weekly reports using Quality Management Platform.
• Ensure Quality Action Plans are completed by account leaders for business interruptions.
• Baseline service KPI thresholds for accounts and verify goal lines are accurate.
• Create monthly compliance reports and follow up with account leaders on open items.
• Maintain project trackers and deliverables for QA activities.
• Coordinate account training calls for process updates and rollouts.
• Maintain internal contact lists of verticals and accounts for timely QA follow ups.
• Attend quality related account calls as a QA representative and bring back action items to the QA team.
• Help maintain internal Document Management System and Process Document Landing Page.
• Act as QA point of contact for account leaders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quality Engineering or related field
• 10 years similar experience
• Strong communication skills (verbally and written)
• Process orientated thinker
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Work cross functionally with internal departments
• Confidence in offering improvement suggestions to QA team
