• Basic up to $3500 + Bonus
• Monday to Friday; 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: Greenwich / Changi South

The Role:

• Supervise a team of QC inspectors providing guidance and support to meet product quality standards while overseeing daily QC inspection activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement, track status of non-conformities and CAPA effectiveness.
• Perform daily process audit to meet quality operational requirements
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods with a team of QC inspectors
• Report and resolve issues related to process deviations and defects in finished goods
• Identify and assess potential risks for process, safety and the environment
• Define acceptance criteria, selection of measurement methods and control release of production output
• Be part of the internal audit team on manufacturing/quality audit processes etc.
• Perform any other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
