Job Description

• Quality Assurance: Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in both oil & gas and semiconductor fields.
• ISO Audits: Conduct internal and external ISO audits (including ISO 9001) to maintain certifications and ensure adherence to ISO standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, develop corrective actions, and implement solutions to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of quality control procedures, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Training: Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, ISO procedures, and industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate quality assurance into all processes and projects.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the oil & gas and semiconductor industries.
• ISO Expertise: Proven experience in conducting ISO audits, particularly ISO 9001.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in quality management tools and software.
• Certifications: Certified ISO Lead Auditor or similar certification is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborate closely with engineering,manufacturing, and supply chainteams to implement qualityimprovements and resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation andrecords of quality tests, inspections,and audits.
• Drive continuous improvementinitiatives in quality assuranceprocesses and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends,technological advancements, andregulatory changes in the oil & gasand semiconductor sectors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering,Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in qualityassurance roles within the oil & gas and semiconductor industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards(e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)and experience with conducting ISOaudits.
• Proficiency in quality managementtools and methodologies, such as SixSigma, Lean Manufacturing, or TotalQuality Management (TQM).
• Experience in performing quality inspections, audits, and evaluations incompliance with industry regulations.
• Familiarity with automated testingtools and software used in qualityassurance processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailand accuracy.
