Our client a multi-national company is looking for a driven and meticulous Senior In-Process Control (IPC) Engineer. Duties and responsibilities

• This role directly reports into the VP, Manufacturing
• To systemically monitor the Production line
• To identify lapses in manufacturing process and Non-Conformances for all products, and rectifying them before systems are delivered to customer
• Propose solutions and system fixes to identified product problems
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
• Identify key KPIs for product quality and collect quality date
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Deep understanding of QA tools and processes
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
