Our client is a fast-growing company supporting the renewable energy industry based in Singapore. We are hiring an experience Executive, Compliance and Auditto be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Support the group businesses in policies and procedures in relation to anti-bribery compliance and up-to-date regulations requirements within the region
• Execute risk and compliance training sessions for relevant parties, fostering a culture of regulatory awareness and adherence to best practices
• Participated in audit procedures to provide independent assurance over the business and its operations
• Execute risk-based audit engagements from preparation, execution, reporting, follow-up and presentation of each business unit

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant studies or equivalent years of experience in compliance, internal audit or risk-based audit
• Work exposure in anti-bribery, anti-corruption and or competition laws
• Good communication skills in English and any other Asian languages will be an added advantage
• A strong team player and able to work with diverse culture office environment
• Able to travel within APAC region

1. Lead the development, review, and enhancement of laboratory operational planning and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize operational costs.

2. Develop and implement control plans and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for laboratory processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Act as the primary liaison between the laboratory and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to address technical and quality-related matters.

4. Provide laboratory support for small-scale blending of new formulations to facilitate the growth of new business initiatives.

5. Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO9001, ISO18001, ISO14001, SS506, and ISO17025 management systems within the laboratory.
