Requirements to succeed

•Diploma / bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification, and/or 1 years of relevant work experience in Compliance in a bank or other MAS-regulated financial institution, KYC review/ AML transaction monitoring experience will be a bonus.

• Knowledge and familiarity with Singapore regulatory compliance requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently.

• Proficiency with compliance management and screening software, e.g. World Check, etc.

• Expertise and familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.

• Independent and willing learner, driven, and looking to work in a start-up environment.

• Be part of the utility team supporting the KYC department on various aspects
• Provide name screening support from the client’s life cycle of client relationship from onboarding, trigger events to account closure
• Assist in reviewing and dismissal of potential true hits
• Responsible for sending / addressing queries with relevant stakeholders arising from daily tasks
• Perform data entry to admin tasks such as maintaining / updating various excel, scanning of documents or pdf extraction
• Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary
• You will also need to assist in any admin and adhoc projects as assigned by supervisor/s.
