JOBSCOPE OVERVIEW

1. Represent QA/QC department in 2G Management Meetings or other meetings required by Directors.

Within the Material & Services branch in Singapore, the Quality Executive shall be:

APAC Marine Assurance Officer - Job Description

As a Marine Assurance Officer, you are an independent operational adviser, auditor and coach for the Company and vessels on matters related to marine assurance. You provide day-to-day Quality, Healthy and Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) advice and active assistance within the business unit, department, vessel and or project. In this role, you ensure that all onshore and offshore activities are carried out with the highest regard to the health and safety of all personnel involved and the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution.

Within the role you will advise Vessel Managers, Technical Superintendents and Masters’ on maritime regulations and the interpretation thereof to ensure Flag State and International Maritime compliance.
