The Compliance AML Core Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Enhance and implement of best -in-class AML Compliance policies and practices.
• Provide expert advice on AML Compliance policies to the AML/Financial Crime Support teams and the business.
• Perform AML Compliance quality and testing, evaluate process deficiencies, analyze control measures, enhance reporting capabilities and recommend corrective actions while satisfying regulatory and audit commitments. Further, assess and identify emerging risks and recommend / drive program enhancements.
• Identify and escalate unusual activity or cases that fail to meet Citi and line of business guidelines to appropriate management or business partners. Advise management on next steps.
• Create, develop and deliver relevant training to business and functional partners.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in AML, knowledge of AML regulations preferred, proficiency with MS office, verbal/written skills, analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units; ability to navigate a complex organization
• Knowledge of the laws applicable to money laundering, including the Bank Secrecy Act, The USA PATRIOT Act, US Treasury AML guidelines, OFAC requirements, and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements. Good project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time Knowledge of AML requirements applicable to banks

Description

The AppleCare Technologies Systems Quality team has an immediate opening for a Systems Quality Project Manager to manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for complex Regional and Global AppleCare systems and software projects. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution management, issue resolution, and progress reporting of testing activities across business and technical groups on BPR led projects. Through your knowledge of industry best practices for quality management, you will help to evolve the way we approach test planning and execution.

Develop Comprehensive Testing Strategies:

• Quality advocate who will collaborate with business and technical teams to create quality test plans for cross- functional systems projects, focusing on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Design testing structures, defining roles and responsibilities across all regions, Apple organizations, and third-party vendors as needed.

Establish UAT Communication and Coordination:

• Define and manage UAT communication plans, including meeting schedules and escalation processes across global time zones.
• Lead the scheduling and coordination of UAT preparation and execution activities.

Risk Management and Resource Planning:

• Proactively identify technological, organizational, and political risks, developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Estimate resource requirements for testing and ensure realistic plans are in place.
• Ensure the availability of test environments and necessary data to support testing activities.

Optimize Testing Through Automation and Analysis:

• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage automation for test preparation and execution.
• Apply strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve issues discovered during UAT activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience leading testing/QA, with emphasis on planning and managing cross-functional testing
• BE / BS Tech in Computer Science or information management from a premier school

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience with different testing methodologies and driving a quality mindset
• Ability to develop technical expertise and understanding of system interdependencies, and their impacts on testing plans
• Ability to abstract technical details and effectively communicate to audiences at different levels
• Proficient at balancing multiple efforts at a time
• Excellent listening, communication, leadership and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities

• Plan for quality assurance activities with timelines and effort estimates and manage resources to support testing demand.
• Discuss and work with System Analysts & development teams and SMBC to understand the testing requirements to determine testing coverage and collect sample test data (if available).
• Review documentations created by QA Team Lead, Senior System Analyst and/or vendor to ensure quality.
• Track testing activities against test plans and track defects (Log Defect with assigned Severity, Retest and Close Defect) discovered to resolution. Report statistics and statuses to PM.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team and ensure process and compliance is met. Provide direction, support and set performance goals to the team.
• Timely escalate issues to manager.
• Support on hiring matters such as interviews where required.
• Onboard new joiners to their roles.
• Coach and guide team members on their jobs.
• Manage and motivate team performance, guided by performance management framework.
• Engage team members to identify and support them on their career aspirations and development plans.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Min. 10 years' experiencing working as Quality Assurance Analyst/ Tester in a bank, FI or a consultancy company.
• Familiar with defect management tools.
• Ability to understand technical jargons and some understanding of technology environment setup.
• Possess strong planning skill and is positive and proactive in his/her approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

The Fund Accounting Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and the distribution of associated unit prices.
