Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for all or subset of the key responsibilities below:

• Receive, archive, retrieve and dispose retention sample, following standard work, approved procedures and regulatory requirements in timely manner.
• Maintain proper 5S and ensure inspection readiness of retention sample rooms.
• Perform assigned tasks within stipulated timeline and escalate discrepancies to Reporting Manager.
• Support laboratory supplies stock check, receiving, stock arrangement and disposal as necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned by reporting manager.

Requirements:

• GCE O Level qualification and above
• Proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Word & Excel
• The role will require the person to be able to move heavy boxes up to 15 KG during process like transfer of samples/stocks checking.
• Customer focus with strong business acumen and continuous improvement mindset.
• Critical thinking mindset with a collaborative and problem-solving attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and tracking all Material Review Board (MRB) non-conformance materials and performing timely inventory transactions.
• Assist with or lead non-conformance investigations and material assessments.
• Provide investigation feedback on non-conformances and seek resolutions
• Verify parts returned from suppliers before returning to stock.
• Monitor and coordinate the routing, approval, and implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) / Procedural Change Orders (PCO) using AGILE.
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by Quality Engineers and the Quality Manager.

Requirements:

• Preferably with 2 years of experience in quality control, engineering, inspection, document control, or related work.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is advantageous.

Job Summary

• To support QA team in performing routine inspections for warehouse and distribution processes.
• To ensure QA and distribution processes are in compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain quality documents.
• To ensure quality records comply with Good Documentation Practices.
• To verify incoming goods and ethical packaging materials based on product /packaging requirements and/or redressing specifications.
• To ensure COAs are received before releasing any medicinal products to salable locations.
• To approve first article sample for each redressing job, where applicable.
• To perform random check / self-inspection on warehousing processes.
• To perform / verify in-process inspection and quality data records.
• To release redressed products against product requirement and specifications files.
• To review redressing specification file when necessary.
• To verify reconciliation of printed packaging materials and redressed products.
• To verify and release of returned goods that are fit for resale back to saleable location.
• To verify quarantined products due to quality issues.
• Assist in training and coaching warehouse personnel and redressers.
• To highlight on any deviation and follow up with investigation.
• To ensure incoming goods are received and stored according to product requirements.
• To ensure redressed goods are redressed to the required market requirements before releasing for market.
• To ensure printed packaging materials process in compliance.
• To conduct training for redressing team periodically in the good practices and product redressing work instruction.
• To verify trade return of ethical goods that are fit for resale.
• To verify reconciliation of quarantined and recalled products.
• Any other tasks, assignments or projects by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of QA Experience

• Salary: Basic from $4000 - $4500 + Performance Bonus
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Scope:

• Ensure client instructions were properly documented and communicated downstream
• Interpreting of customer's documents and ensure Customers' instructions align with the work scope stated in quotation.
• Cross-reference customer's instructions with reference specification(s)
• Ensure proper markings of Samples for machining/cutting
• Comprehensive and accurate input in DWO
• Check for all internal (e.g., quotation) and external (e.g., mill certificate) documents and upload to system
• Ensure instant update of the documents whenever there are changes
• Ensure instant communication of any changes to downstream personnel
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of the test jobs with Workshop and Testing Department(s), including ensuring there is prioritization of jobs
• Ensure anticipation of longer lead time for jobs that require special preparation works for specimens or fixtures
• Understand customers' testing objectives and Attend to Customers' enquires and to provide professional technical advice
• Work with Draftsman to draw up sample plans to advise customers and instruct workshop on cutting/machining
