In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a senior Functional tester to join our Core Banking IT department in charge of the development and maintenance of the International Core Banking System of Credit Agricole CIB. This information system is deployed in 25 business units all around the world. The system has multiple modules to manage reference data, commercial back office functions (payments, remittances, loans, deposits, guarantees, letters of credit …), accounting, management control and credit risk monitoring. The candidate will be in charge of understanding the requirements and to test the payment system of the bank which is Global Pay Plus – Sevice Platform (GPP-SP) from Finastra (previously D&H). The role will focus primarily on testing the various evolutions of the in-house solution together with the payment engine (GPP-SP).

Main responsibilities

As a Functional Tester:

· Handle the core banking system’s and payment system’s various test phases : regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, test automation

· Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.

· Define functional test scenarios for core banking and payment systems

· Overall responsible for ensuring End to End testing for all the streams.

Qualifications and Profile

Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibility of the quality assistant is to facilitate the administrative process of their respective departments by providing administrative support and documentation of information, adhering to SOPs

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct checks on FML vessels for audit risk/adequacy of navigation/security infrastructure

• Responsible for reporting on areas of audit risk/adequacy of navigation/security infrastructure

• Collaborate with vessel crew to conduct checks on areas of audit risk/adequacy of navigation/security infrastructure as assigned by Head, Operational Excellence/Head, Compliance and Vessel Audit/Head Navigation and Environmental Compliance

• Present findings from checks to Head, Operational Excellence/Head, Compliance and Vessel Audit/Head Navigation and Environmental Compliance to inform business decisions

Maintain proper documentation and storage of information

• Responsible for the proper documentation and storage of information within the department

• Document information as directed by Head, Operational Excellence/Head, Compliance and Vessel Audit/Head Navigation and Environmental Compliance to ensure proper governance and recording of important information

• Maintain and store of all important physical or e-documents within the department in an organized manner

Execute continuous improvement initiatives within the department

• Responsible for executing continuous improvement initiatives within the department

• Collaborate with Head, Vetting & Performance/Head, Investigation and employees within the department to identify improvements that can be made to policies, processes or technological infrastructure.

• Execute continuous improvement initiatives within the department in accordance to developed plans

• Provide regular updates on progress of continuous improvement initiatives, as well as adherence to timeline and budget to Head, Vetting & Performance/Head, Investigation

Day-to-day operations

• Responsible for the provision of administrative support to the department

• Respond to queries or requests for administrative support within the department in a swift manner, in accordance to developed SOPs

Relationship

Internal:

· Primarily maintains relationships with Head, Operational Excellence/Head, Compliance and Vessel Audit/Head Navigation and Environmental Compliance and colleagues

· Collaborates with Head, Operational Excellence/Head, Compliance and Vessel Audit/Head Navigation and Environmental Compliance and colleagues to ensure administrative support is provided to the departments

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications

• Min 3 years work experience in the Maritime Industry

• Strong understanding of ship chartering operations

• Degree in Maritime or relevant field
