RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems aligned with internal and external standards.
• Assess the feasibility and acceptance of internal and external requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate and assist in the implementation of change management processes and monitor progress.
• Review and analyze data to provide regular updates on food safety, quality, and service trends.
• Continually evaluate and trend process controls, food safety, and quality programs, and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Monitor and support the resolution of quality non-conformances by enabling in-depth root cause analysis, trend analysis, and stringent action follow-up, including validation of resolution effectiveness.
• Lead the Quality Assurance team, providing functional leadership for regular performance reviews, succession planning, staff development and training.
• Management representative (Food Safety Team Leader) to handle all food safety and quality related audits from regulatory, certification bodies and customers.
• Any other tasks delegated by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field
• Good Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000)
• Good Communication, Strategic Planning, Organizational and Analytical Skills
• Dealing with complexity, and eye for details.

Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Planning, managing and/or execution of testing activities (regardless of SIT, Regression or defect testing) i.e. test plan preparation, test scripts, test data, traceability matrix preparation and update, test cases generation and execution, test results documentation and test documentation review.
• Perform all relevant quality assurance testing of all components together with the Technical teams.
• Manage, track and ensure proper closure of defects detected during testing.
• Proficient in construction of test plan, test cases, and thorough performance of quality test execution, test review and test reporting.
• Provide regular updates to reporting lead/manager on status of assignments and arising matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Testing and Defect Management tools
• Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, training, processes, reporting and employee engagement.
• Plan and manage the testing teams towards thorough and quality execution of testing activities and working with technical teams towards achieving completion by the given timeframe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent education and/or experience
• 5-10 years of working experience in management of application project implementation, application testing and test quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience in planning and managing testing activities (all types, inclusive of SIT, Regression, test review)
• Good understanding and experience in testing methodology, project management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is necessary.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have keen interest in documentation and be capable of generating standard testing deliverables especially for defect reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist Senior Manager of Quality & Compliance to oversee the ISO Quality Management System held by the company.

• Work with internal stakeholders from Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Logistics, Courier, Cross Border Trucking Departments in achieving and meeting the set quality standards and procedures.

• Conduct training to stakeholders on topics related to quality standards and procedures.

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand and to meet the needs of customers.

• Gather quality objectives achievement metrics by internal stakeholders.

• Gather quality objectives achievement metrics by key suppliers.

• Work with internal stakeholders to gather customer satisfaction metrics.

• Monitor compliance to national and international quality standards and related regulations.

• Participate in quality related activities such as audit, qualification program, claims etc

Requirement

Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality management QC related field

Diploma level or higher. Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485 or SS620, TAPA or TradeFIRST.

Computer literate.

Prior working experience in freight forwarding/Logistics industry is a plus
