About Global Payment
The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.
Our team dives into the quality and efficiency problems of the Global Payments user product, and stands in the perspective of users, ensures the normal and efficient operation of payment functions, and maintains the trust and satisfaction of users.
You will be responsible for the quality assurance of the Global Payments BNPL product, and ensure this product provides customers with stable system service and user experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for BNPL product quality and client integration, ensure the quality of the system, understand the interaction logic between client and back-end, and can cover the whole test by E2E.
2. Create and maintain regular reporting of testing results to provide transparency to the projects.
3. Continuously track online and offline faults, and draw some improvement measures such as monitoring optimization, test plan improvement, etc.;
4. Excellent problem solving skills and closely collaborated with global teams and adopted flexible working hours and working areas.
5. Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
2. Experience in quality assurance of global payment products. (including credit products, fund products, membership products, wallet products experience).
3. Proficient in common testing techniques of client or server, such as automation, performance, etc., and have landing experience.
4. Strong programming skills in Golang, Python or equivalent coding languages.
5. Proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation
6. Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to high-intensity work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Open minded, great communication, eager to learn, and always passionate about delivering the best user experience.
Preferred Qualification:
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business.
