• Training & Awareness: Provide regular AML training and guidance to employees to enhance their understanding of AML obligations and best practices.
• Regulatory Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports and filings as required by MAS and other regulatory bodies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on changes in AML laws, regulations, and best practices. Recommend and implement enhancements to the AML compliance framework.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including stakeholders, legal, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Business, Law, or any related field.

• Plans & conducts internal audits for ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 as scheduled in the annual work plan
• Plans and conducts Management Review Meeting for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
• Manages 3rd party certification body audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and BizSafe STAR
• Co-ordinates with respective Departments for the preparation for external audits
• Follow-up on post audits activities
• Manages Document Control for all QMS and OHSMS documents to ensure latest revision
• Supports and works with various departments in procedure reviews and updates, ensures changes are incorporated in a timely manner and assists in assessment of these changes
• Identifies training needs and organizes training interventions to meet quality standards
• Conducts Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), workshop fabricated items inspection and onboard completion inspection both internally and externally
• Prepares inspection reports of inspection outcomes and updates overall inspection status summary
• Liaises with Clients and CLASS Surveyors on external inspection
• Monitors and expedites closure of all non-conformances of the company, if any
• Responsible to create and review Risk Management Plan for projects

Responsibilities

• Must possess hand-on experience to correlate, investigate and resolve matters pertaining to quality issues
• Co-ordinate with various departments and customer on quality issues
• Perform data analysis based on customer feedback, identifying trends and areas of improvement.
• Regularly updates and maintain documentation including ISO documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards
• Support cross functions in addressing customers’ complaints and inquiries, doing site inspections and generating the relevant reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Strong analytical, meticulous and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and pro-active personality, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 Quality System would be advantage

Requirements

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering/Quality or equivalent

• Part of the Quality Systems team in ensuring Quality oversight for validation activities including Data Integrity topics.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with regulatory standards and company policies.
