Key Responsibilities

Job Objectives

The Process Assurance Team (PAT) is within Global Market and Enterprise Technology (GMET) organization, supporting bank’s Project, Development and Service Delivery teams to ensure process compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM) process

The team acts as a quality gate for SDM major milestones to ensure entry & exit criteria are met and is responsible to review the quality of the artefact such as functional & design specification, testing documents and others project deliverables.

The successful candidate will be working with Project and Technical Delivery managers to ensure high quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

 Establish controls and compliance checks on SDM processes

 Design, formulate and enforce governance & compliance process improvement.

 Conduct quality gate review for SDM major milestones (analysis, design, build, test and deployment)

 Perform walk through and interviews with project and application delivery managers to drive process adherence

 Report findings and provide consulting support in ensuring compliance's with procedures

 Aside from day-to-day duties, there will be requirements to undertake other responsibilities such as management reporting & other centrally driven project initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements

 Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines

 At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT process compliance audit, Project Management and Business Process Design

 Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organization and analytical skills a MUST

 Strong working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, MS Project and SharePoint

 Prior experience in IT risk management and security will be added advantage

Job Description:

• Oversee effective implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079 Management Systems throughout the company, including any business accreditations

Job Description

• To continuously plan, organise and perform routine QC analysis of incoming material, in-process and finished process samples in accordance to documented testing methodology. Planning and co-ordination of the workload is required to meet the demands of other departments and the wider business.
• To be responsible for making daily decisions on any QC results, problem solving skills are required to ensure only true results are accepted which could have a minor impact on the business.
• Proactively identify and initiate continuous improvements to products and systems used within QC.
• To carry out short term projects involving non-routine analysis (upto six months). This includes customer complaint investigations which requires problem solving which could be based on vague information, involving multiple departments and knowledge of the site products.
• May be responsible for calibration of equipment and maintenance of the records follwing routine procedures.
• To liaise and communicate daily (both verbal and written) correct results and information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner. Accurate results and attention to detail ensures that the customer receives the correct quality of product to their specification requirements. This minimises the number of quality complaints and claims from the external customers.
• Role holders provide guidance to plant operators when in the laboratory and assume full responsibility of the QC laboratory outside of standard working hours. To work with no supervision outside normal hours.
• Decision making that impacts other departments will be through referral to line managment or shift managers (or equivalent) outside normal hours.
• To supervise and train new members of the department together with providing information and awareness of products and test methods.
• The role requires the job holder to have a good knowledge of site analytical techniques.
