The Position

• The In-Market Quality, AP(SG/ID/VN/HK) Lead reports to AP In-Market Quality Lead.
• The incumbent is a leader of a team of 2-3 quality professionals responsible for In-Market Quality activities and maintains the affiliates within the cluster of countries in scope, in a state of GDP (and where applicable, GMP) compliance.

The scope of Services for the One (1) Onshore Quality Assurance/ Tester shall

be as follows:

a) Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story;

b) Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing;

c) Review, develop and align test plan, test cases, scenarios and strategies,

ensure adherence to quality standards;

d) Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA, including

preparing test data when necessary;

e) Develop and maintain automated test scripts;

f) Review, support and participate in functionality and technical testing such as

performance testing, security, interface integration and usability testing;

g) Review test reports and results of the Authority’s appointed contractors for

the Authority’s systems;

h) Collaborate and coordinate with system stakeholders and Authority’s

appointed contractors for testing;

i) Review test process and recommend improvement, which includes analysing

test processes and methodologies, identify area for improvement and

recommend process optimisations and best practices; and

RFQ SPECIFICATIONS

j) Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as

scheduled.

19. The One (1) Onshore Quality Assurance/ Tester proposed by the Contractor shall

have at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/ Tester or equivalent

position and the following skill sets:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer or Electronics

Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines would be

preferred;

b) Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality

Analyst will be an added advantage;

c) Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to details, good interpersonal

• Work in shifts and within a cleanroom environment to support production schedules.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in shifts and a cleanroom setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Required to work shifts (incl. weekends) and in cleanroom environment
