Position Summary

The IQA Engineer is responsible for ensuring all Direct and Indirect materials suppliers for production meet the quality requirements, hazardous substance regulations such as Green compliance, RoHS, REACH-SVHC, and related industry regulations. • The Contractor shall provide a Quality Manager or designated alternate who shall be on-site at all times when the Contractor is performing work during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within two hours after the Government’s regular working hours.

• The Quality Manager or designated alternate shall have fulfilled the following pre-requisite training and experiences before being hired as the Quality Manager under this contract:
• The Quality Manager or designated alternate shall have a current CMQ/OE certification and at least five years of experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity. The Quality Manager or designated alternate shall not be the same person as the SSHO.

• Inspect all electrical equipment produced and insure its proper function.
• Make sure that the equipment is electrically and mechanically safe.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
• Have strong trouble shooting skills.
• Must have the ability to program drives and set up per customer requirements.
• Produce detailed documentation (Inspection Reports).

· Work with the QA department to ensure that good quality work is always being performed.

• Provide support to Quality Management in area of QA and QC for selected program.
• Conduct scheduled independent Quality Assurance and Control Audit checks on completed work and services in selected program.
• Prepare and submit timely Quality Assurance and Control audit reports from documentation and site check.
• Tracking and closure of Correction Actions and Preventive Actions in the audit reports, highlighting Red Flag and Systemic Issues for timely attention and intervention.
• Support external audits at selected program according to contract requirement.
• Report directly to QA Manager on Quality Management, Assurance and Control matters.

Requirements

• Minimum recognized Diploma in Facilities Management / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / WSH or equivalent.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Quality Management System,ISO and WSH.
• 1 years relevant working experience in areas of Facilities Management, Building, Engineering,WSH or Quality Management.

• Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on automated test equipment.
• Liaise closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities.
• Troubleshoot digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG / Functional / Mbist) and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature).
