Your Role:

As part of Quality Assurance (QA) Section, you will work in a state-of-the-art laboratory, assisting the chemist to uphold the highest safety, environmental, and quality standards. Your work will directly support our production processes, helping to achieve the company’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of analysts and technicians to conduct testing and analysis of semi-finished and finished polyolefin products using sophisticated analytical and testing equipment.
• Ensure procedures, safety records, and quality management systems are kept accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment, performing basic troubleshooting or coordinating with technical representatives for repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Work with Sales and Production teams to assist in troubleshooting and conducting technical investigations.
• Participate in laboratory ISO certification and safety activities, maintaining a safe and regulation-compliant work environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Degree in Chemistry
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Description:

• Implement routine Quality Management (QM) work including new staff QM training, annual QM training, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) validation, and mock recall according to Group standards
