How will you value add?

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers and other subject matter experts with extensive industry experiences. You will help our clients solve their complex business issues and be the catalyst to help shape a new governance and risk paradigm and identify areas of potential performance improvement. • Primarily work in project teams to conduct fraud and other forensic investigations (from financial and accounting perspectives);

About you:

As part of the mission, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to work in our Singapore Laser Manufacturing facility in Kaki-Bukit, Singapore who can drive improvements in the quality and reliability of fiber based and solid-state laser products and production processes. This role will have responsibility for developing, maintaining, and improving the Quality control systems and processes for a variety of critical laser systems as well as leading by influence to drive quality within the culture of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Quality engineering support for manufacturing and project management
• Develop inspection requirements; facilitate PFMEAs; resolve discrepant material issues and create and maintain quality documents such as control plans and inspection plans
• Act as the quality interface for the laser production team in responding to customer complaints using failure analysis, development of corrective and preventative actions and trend analysis
