Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Accountancy or a related field
• Certifications in Audit, Compliance and/or Insurance is preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in regional compliance planning, strategy, operations, risk management, and project management within the insurance industry, including a minimum of 6 years in a middle management position

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise and perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) reviews (new client onboarding and periodic reviews) including conducting KYC-related analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise and perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) reviews (new client onboarding and periodic reviews) including conducting KYC-related analysis.
• Collaborate with different Business Departments to assess KYC documentation requirements for clients, including advising and providing guidance on KYC-related matters

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and support to the stakeholders on general compliance matters, including drafting of company’s policies and procedures in accordance with MAS regulations in relation to MVGX Group’s Capital Market Services License and Major Payment Institution License (Digital Payment Token Service Provider and Cross Border Money Transfer).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, implement, and maintain compliance, fraud, AML/CFT, and outsourcing policies, regulations, and guidelines, and annual compliance program regulations
