Job Responsibilities:

• Read telex and action accordingly.
• Inform apron of aircraft changes, edit in CRO Editor and send CALL BACK to all concerned.
• Ensure requests for SIA stretcher/ Supplementary Oxygen kit and update in stretcher/ Supplementary Oxygen Kit chart-update the systems.
• Update flight observer chart and fax to IGO and provide a copy to MAINTROL.
• Any last-minute aircraft change less than 2 hours to STD, CRO will call refuellers directly and inform of aircraft change.
• Prepare SQ and Scoot (including Line Station) Delay reports.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum ITE Certificate in any discipline
• Familiar with Microsoft excel and SAP
• Experience in performing coordination, data entry, and generating reports
• Able to quick response to any last minute’s aircraft changes and react promptly
• Possess good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Comfortable with rotating shift (12hrs Morning & Night) pattern based on 2 days’ work and follow by 2 days off work arrangement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The principal objective of this position is to carry out routine tasks related to quality control of raw materials and finished products to uphold quality standard of the company. This person will need to prioritize urgencies accordingly and coordinate with relevant departments and/or parties.

FUNCTIONS:

• Perform routine QC testing such as organoleptic, physical-chemical and chromatographic analysis
• Interpret and evaluate analysis results to judge against established standards and specification for product release or rejection
• Investigate quality non-conformance and provide timely resolutions and/or necessary adjustments
• Ensure the smooth operations of the laboratory with periodic checks and maintenance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimally a diploma in science related field(s), preferably chemistry or perfumery.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a laboratory, preferably in a quality control department. Related experiences in a fragrance or flavor industry will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge with SAP and/or hands-on experience with gas chromatography is preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment 1 to 2 years' experience in aviation
• Possess valid class 3 driving license is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the transfer of Bench/Equipment
• Responsible for the setting-up of means and tools required for multiple pilot, repair and production lines with adequate support from the Central Engineering Team
• To conduct and support the necessary interfaces, technical negotiation, follow up on supplier realisation and managing of installation and transfer

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, tool/bench drawings and other technical documents
• Flexible and ability to adapt to quick changing environment
• Ability to work in a system-software integrated test bench environment
• Ability to learn and work with new and diverse technologies
