Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations for internal and external storage, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operations with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accuracy in Goods Receipt (GR) / Goods Issue (GI) records.
• Handle import and export shipment activities to prevent storage issues at ports, while providing monthly inventory reports for all stock at our premises and 3rd party warehouses.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management and ensure warehouse cleanliness and tidiness, upholding optimal working conditions.
• Implement safety protocols and risk assessments to create a secure work environment for colleagues and visitors, including conducting annual stock takes and sample stock takes as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations.
• Possession of Forklift License will be advantageous.

• Implementation and updating of the plant’s Food Safety (ISO 22000), Quality (ISO 9001), HACCP, Organic, and Halal Management Systems certified by 3rd party certification bodies.

• Liaise with government agencies / certification bodies on new product registration and certification information
• Ensure compliance to CCP, OPRP and Quality Control Points
• Monitoring and maintenance of correction and corrective action rectification from suppliers, in house inspections and daily routine checks.
• Conduct periodical food safety and hygiene inspections and training where evidence of compliance is lacking

You will need: -

• Develop, implement, review and oversee quality and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct and manage regular inspections and audits of Central Kitchen and all outlets (local and overseas)

• Conduct investigations on customers’ and outlet’s feedback
• Validate that all products were made in compliance with established QA protocol • Monitor and analyze data related to food safety and quality
