Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our client's maritime sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the maritime or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IAM solutions, particularly in Identity and Access Governance (IAG), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Password-less Authentication, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute IAM projects from initiation through completion
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to finalize requirements and architectural solutions
• Develop technical designs and oversee system testing and issue resolution
• Provide mentorship and training for junior team members
• Manage technical quality assurance and project timelines

Preferred Qualifications:
