Responsibilities:

• Prepare and report budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Group.
• Support quarterly financial reporting to the Board, as well as EVA and BU KPI reporting.
• Assist with the Digital Transformation Project.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Chartered Accountant/ACCA qualification, or an equivalent.
• At least 4 years of accounting experience in listed firms/REITs, with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP and/or real estate knowledge is an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, and a self-motivated team player.
• Ability to collaborate with staff at all levels and adapt to change is essential.
• Other desirable traits include being responsible, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Singapore corporate income tax computations under team guidance.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as accounting, and external tax agents to ensure timely and accurate filings.
• Assist with queries from IRAS and tax agents.
• Manage compliance milestones, including withholding tax filings.
• Support senior executives and managers with ad-hoc projects, such as cross-border transactions.
• Address accounting and tax-related inquiries from other teams and departments.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or other business-related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant tax experience, preferably with industry or accounting audit experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of Singapore CIT, GST, and Withholding Tax.
• Hands-on experience in tax preparation and computation.
• ERP (SAP) experience is advantageous.
• Practical experience in a Big 4 firm or MNC tax department is a plus.
