Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate secretarial documents, maintain and update statutory registers and secretarial records, attend board and board committee meetings, draft meeting minutes, and manage client billing and payments.
• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing guidance and support to the Executive team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Engage in high-level board discussions across various industries for valuable learning opportunities.
• Support the implementation of Board.Vision, a digital board activity management software, by advising on project development, delivering training sessions, and providing other support to meet project deliverables.
• Proactively handle assignments or queries from clients and manage a portfolio of companies independently, demonstrating a dynamic and adaptable approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
• Diploma in a related field, a degree, or a professional certificate in chartered secretary.
• Preferably an ICSA holder, or a candidate from the polytechnic or university planning to pursue the ICSA course. Candidate with ICSA membership will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements under the Singapore Companies Act.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Flexible and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing demands.

• Working Location: Tai Seng (Transport provided to work for 5am Shift)
• Working timing
  A) Monday to Saturday; 5am - 2pm / 1pm -10pm
  B) Work 4 days, rest 3 days; 5am - 5pm

The Role:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including breads, cookies, granola, and crackers
• Assist with the daily order fulfilment (includes slicing and packing breads)
• Measure, mix, and prepare dough, batters, fillings, glazes, and toppings as directed
• Quality Control of final products
• Inventory Management

What are we looking for?

• Possess SFA Food Hygiene Certified
• Knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment
