Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies

• 4 to 10 year of experience as Business Analyst
• Should have Strong Domain knowledge in Wealth Portfolio / Asset management functions
• Good understanding of entire front middle and backoffice functions and supporting platforms of Global Wealth and Asset Management Firms
• Efficiently lead the conversation, and gather requirements from Business, understand the concerns, identify the risk, and communicate it in timely fashion.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Excellent planning organizational and time management skills
• Good hands-on experience in SQL Excel for data analysis mapping quality lineage tracking
• Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities like understanding BRD FRD User story writing estimation prioritization tracking and managing E2E implementation
• Experience in tools like Jira Confluence
• Strong Communication written verbal excellent stakeholder management reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience, MBA Finance is highly preferred
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Asset & Wealth Management/ Retail Banking / Banking & Financial Services is mandatory
• Should be able to coordinate well with business and product and independently work to analyze and propose the solutions.
• Candidate must have a good grip of financial products, investment strategy, client profiling by risk and different asset classes

Job Description & Requirements

Senior Techno functional business analyst with atleast 15 year’s experience

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Temenos T24 Software technical consultancy, expert Services, and ideally in a banking environment.

- Experience and proven track record in the end-to-end implementation of T24 Core Banking transformation or Wealth Suite projects with hands-on T24 Architecture design will be highly preferred.

- Techno functional consultants with both technical experience and Product experts with in-depth knowledge of the below T24 modules are highly preferred.

- Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), - Structured Products (SY), and - Treasury Modules (MM, FX,and Swaps)

- Financial Accounting and GL reporting with hands-on experience in preparation of Accounting Schemas, Chart of Accounts, analysing GL mismatches and corrections will be highly preferred - Experience in Planning and Execution of multiple T24 upgrades, TAFC to TAFJ Migration, and Performance tuning projects will be an added advantage.

- Hands-on experience in Integration framework, IRIS and Design Frameworks are highly preferred

- Technical knowledge: INFOBASIC, T24 JAVA API coding, JAVA, ORACLE 10 (or above) operating systems, knowledge, and familiarity with the functionality of UNIX, AS400, and NT, particularly disc structures.

The Role and Responsibilities

Requirements:

· Perform business analysis and gather requirements for trade and transaction reporting across major regulatory regimes, including, MAS, ASIC, HKMA and JFSA

· Perform gap analyses, new data fields interpretation for various Rewrites: MAS, ASIC, JFSA

· Translate regulatory requirements into business requirements and functional specifications; manage client data extraction, transformation, and loading

· Collaborate with technology, operations, sales, and business development to deliver regulatory reporting solutions

· Write tests scripts based on business use cases to cover relevant scenarios for Rewrite requirements

· Able to work with Development and QA during testing to ensure implementation meets design and requirements

· Oversee Sanity and Component testing of new features during the development phase & review of Test Plans

· Support the implementation of small or medium size projects

· Act as a liaison between the client and the delivery team to define and validate client requirements

· Partnering with developers and testers in designing and delivery solutions
