(A) PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Clinical Operations team via engagement of multidisciplinary stakeholders (doctors, clinic staff, etc) and integration/harmonisation of diverse requirements and perspectives to achieve patient centred care and organisational effectiveness.
- Support the conceptualisation of new or review of existing workflows/processes to optimise the efficiency and quality of care delivery.
- Perform basic operational data collection, analysis and trending to inform decision-making.
- Provide secretariat and administrative support for discussions, workgroup meetings and routine reports (e.g. minutes-taking, venue sourcing).
- Conceptualise & spearhead marketing initiatives through research and identifying marketing trends to positively profile and increase awareness of the company and to reach identified target audiences and stakeholders in an effective manner.
- Manage and steer appointed agencies and vendors to support ongoing online/offline marketing initiatives and campaigns comprising but not limited to SEO/SEM, digital advertisements, content marketing, email marketing, events and other promotional initiatives.
- Uphold the organisation’s reputation through the execution of public relations activities and managing customer feedback through front-facing email accounts, Google reviews and other relevant platforms.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with key business stakeholders with the aim of developing strategic collaborations to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance partners, medical concierges and other third-party platforms to drive a pipeline of leads and referrals to the company.
- Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company’s operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics.
- Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
(B) KEY JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor degree in Communication Studies, Marketing, Public Relations or other related disciplines.
Experience
- Degree in marketing, communications or business with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with related healthcare operational experience may also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media platforms.
- Prior experience in healthcare operations/marketing/digital agency would be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and project management skills.
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for analysing and improving operations.
- Energetic, driven, adaptable, has good initiative and is able to multi-task and cope well when working under pressure and against tight timelines.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Committed team player and leader with good leadership skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different levels of staff within and across institutions.
