The Sales Manager is part of the regional Sales team. The team members are dynamic and friendly. We collaborate very closely together to be successful.

Your tasks

• Acquire and assess sales opportunities, including identification and proper coverage of buying centre members and stakeholders at Finacial Institutions in Asean Region 
• Reach sales targets by initiating and managing sales opportunities till the conclusion of contracts with new clients.
• Implement a successful sales strategy for designated sales projects and define business cases for customers.
• Coordinate and organize meetings with customers as well as internal resources; prepare and hold presentations and workshops after having defined the rights USPs and sales message.
• Speer the Sales opportunity in Coordination with various stakeholders (e.g. implementation, service, and software partners) 
• Acquiring new customer for Avaloq by understanding customers’ needs, analyzing competitive solutions, defining sales messages and USPs.

Business Management & Strategy team is a regional team which is accountable for managing business operations and implementing strategic initiatives in APAC, Middle East and Africa (APAC & MEA) region. The team is responsible to work closely with internal stakeholders to tackle their challenges, reshape perspectives and cultivate capabilities that enable the organization to achieve sustainable advantage. You will be part of a high performing and dynamic team focusing on delivering long term value.

Your key tasks 

• Support general business operations processes in Avaloq APAC & MEA
• Source and coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective production and delivery of materials including promotional items, merchandises and inventories
• Maintain and organize office and marketing inventories, ensuring adequate level of stock
• Manage procurement tasks such as creating and processing Internal Request Approvals (IRAs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and support across various projects and maintain accurate record of marketing activities, budgets and expenses
• Provide planning, logistical and operational support to Sales and Marketing teams for Internal and External corporate events
• Assist in ad-hoc marketing and communications projects as needed
• Manage extraordinary travel arrangements for Management where necessary, including visa, flight and accommodation arrangements

Your team (Banking Core APAC & MEA – Financial Instrument & Risk) 

The Financial Instrument & Risk team is a dynamic team of Business Analysts and Software Engineers based in Singapore and the Philippines. The team supports our SaaS customers in the region by maintaining existing solutions and developing new features. You will work closely with your teammates, with other related teams in the same division, with back-office users, with clients, and with partners. You will help provide innovative solutions to meet market demands and help shape the back-office landscape of tomorrow.

 
Your key tasks

• Analyse and address inquiries about the Corporate Actions and Settlement module
• Subject matter expert possessing the relevant business knowledge to provide hands-on support
• Proficient in MT54x and MT56x SWIFT MT messages and their corresponding SESE and SEEV SWIFT MX messages
• Understands front to back functionality surrounding various Corporate Action Events (CAEV) such as Dividends, Spin-Off, Rights Offer, Distribution, Stock Split, etc.
• Independently create complete system requirements specifications and provide / validate effort estimates concerning new enhancements.
• Act as liaison between Avaloq, customers, and 3rd-party providers for the development, implementation, and enhancement of existing solutions
• Implement modules of the Avaloq Banking Suite
• Provide consulting services regarding functionalities in your areas of responsibility
• Execute complex business training sessions
• Testing and quality assurance
• Coach juniors and external staff

• Collect and organize work materials, and work on management analytical reports and presentation
• Assist in managing regular regional-level and management-level meetings ensuring effective communications throughout the organization
