Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and bring a

fresh, innovative approach to our portfolio of brands. As the Senior Marketing Specialist,

you'll be the driving force behind our cutting-edge marketing strategies and the go-to

person for making waves in the industry.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development,

and creative, to achieve marketing objectives and contribute to the overall success of the

organization.

Responsibilities:

Branding

● Assist Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to

drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, support business growth,

and ensure all initiatives are aligned with brands’ positioning.

● Assist manager with developing brand and marketing proposals for brands under

the group - this is not limited to PR Campaigns, Social Media Campaigns, etc.

● Engage media and KOLs through regular PR campaigns. Build and maintain

good relationships with the media and KOLs.

● Measure success via post-campaign reporting for all brands under the group.

● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends,

customer needs, and industry insights, and leverage this information to develop

targeted marketing campaigns.

● Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features,

benefits, and USPs, and translate them into compelling marketing messages.

Digital

● Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing

campaigns (EDMs), social media strategies (FB Manager), content marketing

(Social Media), and search engine optimization (SEO) tactics.

● Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and

provide regular reports to management, making data-driven recommendations for

optimization.

● Identify and evaluate new marketing channels (TikTok) and opportunities to reach

target audiences effectively and maximize ROI.

Others:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and

partners to leverage their expertise and resources for marketing initiatives.

● Explore potential partnerships and marketing outreach with external stakeholders

● Consolidation of data for reports and analytics purposes

● Other ad hoc projects assigned by the management and all marketing-related

matters

● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in

marketing, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior

Lifestyle F&B experience is highly preferred

● Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, with a focus on

strategic planning and execution.

● Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and campaign

management.

● Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing

campaigns across various channels.

● Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including social media, email

marketing, content marketing, and SEO.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create

persuasive marketing content.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable

insights.

● Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle

multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

● Experience in the [specific industry or market] is preferred.

● Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate

effectively with cross-functional teams.

Branding & Marketing Campaigns:
 Conceptualization and execution of all marketing campaigns
 Develop effective strategies with best practices and latest digital trends in mind
 Ensure all initiatives are aligned with brands’ positionings
Events & Public Relations:

 Involved in planning, coordination and execution of events
 Engaging the media and KOLs via regular PR campaigns
 Measure success via post-campaign reporting
Social Media:

 Conceptualize engaging content for brands’ social media (FB & IG)
 Day-to-day social media postings and community management
 Analyse performance to measure success of content
E-commerce & Digital Marketing:
 Derive engaging digital marketing initiatives to help increase site traffic and/or
brand awareness
 Support e-commerce in content and product management
 Planning and execution of EDM communications
Miscellaneous:
 Other ad hoc projects assigned by the management and all marketing related
matters

Requirements:
 Degree holder with minimum 2 years of working experience in Marketing or
related fields
 Experience with managing digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads,
SEO/SEM, Google Analytics etc.)
 Excellent command of written and spoken English
 Proactive, meticulous, and able to multi-task

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Comfortable wearing multiple hats at once, with the ability to execute on PR, content marketing, event coordination and planning, and creative projects, among other activities related to the company. • Responsible for the creation and execution of marketing and brand strategies and plans that drive achievement of the company’s business objectives
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely executions of campaigns and events
• Coordinate with franchisor's headquarters (Based in US/Europe) on their marketing efforts which could be applied to local market
• Maintaining consistent communications with customers across all touch points to deliver a seamless and holistic brand experience
• Effectively managing the marketing budget
• Cultivate and maintain good relationship with journalists, editors and influencers who would be relevant to each brand
• Engage with the media on a regular basis to feature each brand in local publications
• Strategising, researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted audience
• Leading a team of designers to conceptualise and produce communication collaterals that support the strategy and brand's business objectives
• Spearhead and coordinate special programs, partnerships and events that deliver increased awareness and value for each brand

Experience and Skills:

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, possess a dynamic personality
