Key Responsibilities:

The Data Center Business Development Leader (DC BD) is a newly created role responsible for growing commercial equipment, controls and service sales with specific focus on expanding our Data Center customers. Your extensive knowledge about Data Center products along with exposure in the HVAC industry will help drive our business objectives to deliver end to end sustainable, intelligent climate and energy efficiency solutions for our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data center solutions and have a proven track record in sales and business development. This role will focus on identifying market opportunities, engaging customers, managing accounts, and overseeing the bidding process for data center cooling solutions.

• Market Mapping: Identify and analyze market opportunities for data center cooling solutions in Vietnam, focusing on customer needs and industry trends.
• Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including colocation providers, hyperscalers, and enterprise accounts, to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention while driving new business opportunities.
• Bidding Process: Lead pre-bid activities, develop competitive proposals, and participate in tender submissions to secure new contracts.
• Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to finalize agreements and achieve revenue targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and regional Centers of Excellence (CoEs), to align strategies and support customer needs effectively.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and enhance market presence

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of data center solutions and products.
• Proven track record in managing accounts at a country level, particularly within the data center industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales effectively.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in rental equipment solutions for industrial and event applications. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in the sales of rental equipment, such as pumps, chillers, and HVAC-related equipment. This role combines sales with operational support, requiring a well-rounded skill set in both business development and project coordination.

• Sales Focus (70%): Actively sell rental solutions for industrial and event equipment, including pumps, chillers, HVAC systems, and related products.
• HVAC Service Solutions (20%): Provide sales and support for HVAC service solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical accuracy.
• Operations Support (10%): Assist with logistics, site installations, vendor coordination, and other operational aspects of the rental business.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and vendors across various industries, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet their needs.

• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of rental fleets, ensuring that all equipment is delivered, installed, and removed as per the project requirements.
• Achieve sales targets through effective business development and relationship-building strategies.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Utilize analytical thinking to propose and deliver practical solutions to customers.
• Engage with customers across multiple industries, offering tailored solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 4-8 years of experience in industrial/ event sales of rental equipment (pumps, chillers, HVAC systems, etc.) or relevant operational experience in the industrial sector.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

The Regional Data Center (DC) Inside Sales Engineer is a newly created role responsible for supporting the South Asia region with pre-sale activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the core team with bid pre-qualification preparation, costing, and quote generation. Additionally, the role involves liaising with various functions such as legal, finance, factory, and engineering to ensure compliance with internal processes and technical requirements of bids. About the role

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating market demand for the company's building automation product solutions among market influencers, specifiers, property developers/managers and contractors.
• Responsible for assisting the company's product distribution channel partners with the design of building automation solutions that meet project specifications and leverage the company's building automation product offerings.
• Responsible for educating the company's product distribution channel partners on the function and application of its building automation product solutions.

Role Purpose

• You will leverage your experience and knowledge of building automation systems, communication protocols, IP networking, and APIs, to aide specifying and designing activities in the building and construction industry.
• You will use your technical expertise to influence Engineers, Building Owners, and Developers to design and specify building automation solutions. This will include design and engineering support for building systems such as HVAC, lighting, sustainability programs/features, and other sub-systems that impact facility comfort and energy intensity usage.

Requirements

As a Solutions Sales Consultant minimum you must have:

• 5+ years of experience working in the building automation and controls industry with specialized experience in the design and engineering of building automation systems is .
• 3+ years of experience influencing market decision makers, specifier's, and clients via a technical consulting engineering role.
• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably either Mechanical or Controls Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience developing and engineering building automation systems.
• CEM, LEED AP, and WELL AP accreditation or PE certification.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC, lighting, other building systems, and IT networking/Integration – both in design and maintainability.
• Ability to work within a fast-moving engineering design team.
