- Reporting & Monitoring: Track the success of marketing campaigns and sales activities, providing reports and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing studies.
- Min 3 years of work experience in both sales & marketing, with a strong understanding of customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to present ideas clearly and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- An achievement-oriented individual with high personal motivation and a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans.
- A team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to collective goals.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing leadership within the team.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
