Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for vouchers, pricing, product expiry, and page design across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, CorDx online store and etc.
Design product listings, including images and descriptions, to enhance visibility and sales.
Create and manage customer recovery plans, handle feedback and queries to ensure a positive customer experience.
Design and produce promotional materials such as banners, brochures, and advertisements for our physical store locations.
Manage and create content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and etc, focusing on engaging stories and posts to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Develop promotional and informational materials for CorDx products, focusing on pricing strategies and product benefits.
Design and prepare materials for CorDx trade shows, including booth and poster designs.
Coordinate with local printing vendors for materials production and manage logistics for trade show activities.
Produce marketing materials such as brochures and design retail shelf layouts in alignment with advertisement and promotional plans for retail outlets.
Develop educational and promotional materials for CorDx distributors to enhance product knowledge and promote product adoption.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese to speak with counterpart in China.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Strong network in the medical device and pharmaceutical business.

Familiarity with in vitro diagnostic products such as lateral flow immunoassay, PCR, and Immunoassay.
Understanding of IVD product development and commercialization lifecycle.
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and timely communication.
