Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and manage new business leads and opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, target, and acquire corporate clients.
- Act as the liaison between clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that client requirements are not only met but exceeded.
- Manage post-tender interviews, working alongside clients and team members to address questions and fulfill needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Guarantee that all drawings and proposals are completed and submitted on time.
- Review client agreements to ensure that all key clauses and relevant terms are accurately captured.
- Track and document the progress of each lead, both new and potential.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to achieving the organization’s sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- ‘A’ Level/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3-year relevant experience in Sales/Marketing; preferably in interior design/construction
- Proven track record of generating leads and securing new business in the industry.
- Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role.
- This position is only open to Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents.
