Strategic dialogue with clients to originate new business opportunities and partner to meet their business objectives. Close coordination with global and local country coverage bankers and product sales specialists to ensure integrated and seamless coverage for our clients' Treasury Centres. Provide insights and advisory relating to macroeconomic, geopolitical and regulatory trends in APAC impacting our clients and the industry they operate in. Keep abreast of developments in the client business and the industry ecosystem whilst managing risks within the portfolio Accountable for the client lifecycle including interface with Credit, Know Your Customer, Anti-Financial Crime and other internal stakeholders Your skills and experience: 8 years+ of banking experience in APAC - managing Multinational corporate client relationships in a relationship management or product sales specialist function in a global financial institution, with 3 years+ experience in a global/regional role capacity. Strong experience in executing complex deals across banking products such as Structured Financing, Balance Sheet optimization, Liquidity Management, Export Credit Agency / Multilateral Development Bank related structures, Risk Management, Sustainable Finance. Knowledge on Credit Risk Management, Corporate Banking products and Risk Management in relation to corporates. Understanding of the financial statements of Corporates and the business environment they operate in and abreast of regulatory and macroeconomic trends in APAC with industry specific knowledge . Display values of Accountability, Collaboration, Client focus, Innovation, Integrity with a commercial and solution orientated mindset. Your skills and experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in AML Advisory, working in Corporate Banking/ Transaction Banking. Have minimum 5 years of working knowledge in the Fintech and Payments industry. Proven experience working within a global team in a multinational organization engaging with senior stakeholders Proven leadership experience - either managing a team or some other form of indirect leadership. Familiarity with virtual assets and virtual asset service providers would be an asset. Proven technical knowledge of Financial Products, Modelling Trade Capture processes, Reserve Calculation and/or IFRS Accounting. Working experience in various asset classes of Exotic Valuations such as hybrid Credit or Equity or FX. Strong inter-personal skills as constant interaction with stakeholders and partners is expected. Working on driving continuous improvement of processes and workflow. Possess intellectual curiosity in valuation problems and high motivation to succeed in assignments. Strong analytical skills and thorough, whilst being able to communicate complex information to a wide variety of stakeholders Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
