Job Description:
- To build Corporate branding through press releases and enhance the Corporate image of the Company
- To manage the Corporate Website Management and ensure consistency within the Company Corporate group
- To work on marketing communication material for the various business units
- To handle External Communications, Media Relations and Social Media Management
- To handle Media queries, replies and facilitate news filming and photography requests
- To manage Internal Communications, Corporate Marketing and Communication Collaterals Management. This includes communication of Company’s policies, drafting of press releases, updating of Company’s websites and contributing to Company’s internal publications
- To coordinate and facilitate media / analyst interviews with Senior Management
- To assist in logistics for media interview, results briefing
- To manage a suite of marketing communication collaterals such as Corporate brochures, materials and calendars
- To monitor and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives and campaigns
- To work closely with and within the umbrella of ICF Group / ICF Vista / Hope Marine offices such as China, Europe, USA, Indonesia
- To provide support for initiatives and ensure that key Corporate messages, standards, and guidelines were cascaded effectively and consistently
- To involve in a common platform connecting all regional Companies
- To assist Corporate Communications Manager in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Ability to create visual communications such as adverts, branding, publicity materials and magazine layouts using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Corel, etc.
- Strong tertiary education in Mass Communications, Social Science or related disciplines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Possess knowledge and a keen interest in current affairs.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership qualities and good project management skills.
2. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
3. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public/media relations or related positions.
