Manager/AM/Senior Executive, Marketing

We are looking for a qualified candidate who encompasses digital marketing and content writing competencies to support the Marketing & Sales team at the London School of Business & Finance.

Matrix reporting to Director of Commercial in India and Associate Director of Domestic Sales & Marketing, you will analyze market data, create digital ad copies, manage local events, and oversee brand identity development for the School.

Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Performance:

· Manage Google PPC, Social Media ads copies and Google Affiliate briefs that supports sales funnel/activities.

· Work with the HQ/overseas agencies and teams to deliver effective campaigns and manage the performance of all digital campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Third Party websites), analyzing campaign data to improve results.

· Perform benchmarking of competitor offerings and analyzing market research/data on customer segments, customer profiles and journeys in support of developing effective marketing campaigns

Content Development and Design:

• Develop and implement an audience-first content marketing strategy and editorial plan across platforms (blog, social media, website, EDM).
• Create compelling narratives and copy (both long and short formats).
• Manage production of creative assets, from storyboarding to post-production.
• Lead website audits to ensure accuracy and ensure compliance with accreditations.

Communications:

• Support communications efforts by developing ad copies, speeches, and media relations.
• Assist with PR efforts, including media monitoring and outreach.
• Coordinate media invites, seating allocations, and RSVPs for events.
• Liaise with stakeholders for approval of key artwork, press releases, and other materials.

Project Management:

• Manage content-related and special projects.
• Provide detailed reports, insights and recommendations on the performance of products, channels and campaigns.

We are looking for a suitable candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, marketing or communication.
• Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Google Adwords, Social Media, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS)
• Proficient in digital marketing channels and reporting tools, including Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Looker Studio, Google Analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Performance:

• Lead and optimize Google PPC, Social Media ad campaigns, and Google Affiliate briefs to support the sales funnel and drive conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Google AdWords, Social Media, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.

· Ensure the IT systems, facilities and security is of the highest standards and in good working order at all times to facilitate staff work and student learning

· Liaise with external vendors on facilities and/or IT related projects

· Work collaboratively with group IT and technology departments

· Oversee the smooth running and maintenance of school and office facilities

· Ensure good allocation and management of facilities and resources including classrooms

· Timely preparation and maintenance of department budgets, PO and inventory

· Ensure compliance to respective regulatory requirements relating to workplace health and safety and CPE

· Ensure classroom and all learning technology are kept in good operational order for conducive student learning environment

· Ensure compliances to policies and operational procedures relating to environment, facilities, health and safety and IT support

· Review and recommend improvement to existing processes, facilities and/or IT infrastructure.

· Provide operational support to staff, lecturers and students.

Job Requirements

· Experience in PEI preferred in a similar capacity is preferred

· Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity

1. Marketing Campaigns Management

• Create PPC and Social Media ads, Affiliate briefs, landing page creation and any other promotional material such as brochures, flyers, roller banners, etc.
• Work with the team to deliver effective campaigns and tactical plans that drive new business, support the strategy and KPIs
• Work with the marketing team to ensure all online and offline activity for the brand is up to date, consistent and on-brand
• Assist the marketing managers to create video testimonials for the brand as well as to coordinate events/seminars/webinars to increase brand awareness

2. Digital Marketing Performance

• Assist the digital marketing teams in managing the performance of all our digital campaigns (PPC, Paid and Non-Paid Social Media, Affiliates and Third-Party websites) and provide direction to the marketing agency to improve results

3. Website Management, Redevelopment & E-Commerce

• Assist the Commercial Director with the re-development of LSBF website and with the launch of LSBF Singapore’s e-commerce site

4. Customer Experience/Journey

• Improve costumier journey across all touchpoints for both prospective and current students as well as graduates
• Manage retention and upsell to existing customers, understanding their value and impact on the business’ revenue

5. Annual Audits

• Ensure compliance with our accreditations, ensuring job logs are kept up-to-date along with all evidence of claims and published information across all channels
• Lead on the bi-annual website audits, ensuring the website is up to date and accurate

6. People Management

• Lead, motivate the team and meet the desired objectives with the team
• Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders

7. Content Creation

• Develop content strategy that is aligned to the goals of LSBF
• Create and publish engaging content to achieve set objectives

8. E-Commerce

• Create promotional strategies for the e-commerce site to drive traffic and encourage sales
• Create and manage the product portfolio for the e-commerce site

9. Digital Lead Generation

• Work with the digital teams to meet the digital lead generation goals for Singapore and international markets as per the marketing budget

12. Competitor Analysis
